At Sgnal, we want you to be completely satisfied with our CRM platform. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. You must have purchased a subscription to Sgnal Premium.
  2. You must submit a refund request within 30 days of your initial purchase.
  3. You must not have violated our Terms & Conditions.

If you meet the above criteria, you can request a refund by emailing our customer support team at [email protected]. In your email, please include your name, email address, and the reason for your refund request.

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will refund the full amount of your purchase to the original payment method used.

Please note that any fees or charges associated with your purchase, such as credit card processing fees, may be deducted from your refund amount.
